A leading MSP based in Cambridge are seeking a Field Networking Engineer to join their growing IT team on a permanent basis.

The role requires travel across the UK and your own transport and the client are looking for someone to start ASAP.

Field Network Engineer Key skills required:

•              Proven experience in a similar role, providing hands on technical support across networking and infrastructure

•              Strong customer service skills

•              IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking

•              Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common business applications

•              ITIL framework and IT service management principles

•              Problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

•              Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

•              Utilise remote access tools to assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution

•              Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in a comprehensive manner
